Refund policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Novate.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us, and a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn

• In original condition

• In original packaging

For hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
