2. Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or detail may occur.
All products are subject to availability.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments and other supported providers.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
6. Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition.
For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or tried on cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
